Discription:
This product is mostly used to make meshes by hot melt welding (not by arc welding or copper welding).
There are several sizes for mesh:
+ Larger ones: 200×100, 100×100, 80×80, 60×60,… These types’ wires range from 6 to 4 mm in size and they are mostly used for building constructions.
+ Smaller ones: 20×20, 10×10,… These types are mostly used for fence, cages… for daily use. Their woven wires are smaller: from 0.7 to 1.2 mm.
Each machine is adjusted based on what kind of products it’s gonna produce
+ Larger mesh: the output includes a directional discharge used to cut the mesh to requested sized pieces.

+ Smaller mesh: smaller wires make a more simple and less compicated machinery system therefore the final products can be rolled easily.

Operating principle
+ Input system: Includes straightened wires runs through the machine vertically (the number of wires is based on the size of mesh)
+ There are strays to keep straightened wires which are parallle to the machine surface. From there, those wires are respectively dropped horizontally then attached to the input wires to get them both resistance spot welded in the stamping system.
+ The outgoing mesh can be rolled or straightenid on the flooring surface.
